Chrome - Documents not loading properly in viewer
When documents are not loading properly in the viewer, you may need to clear your Chrome cache.
Open Chrome and press (CTRL+h): this will bring up the Browser History window.
In the left menu choose Clear browsing data, the Clear browsing data window appears.
In the Clear browsing data window:
Select Time Range: All Time.
Select Cached images and files.
Select Clear Data to complete the process.
Close and Re-open your Chrome browser window.
