Review | Users will be able to add fields and tags to slip sheet text. This is a dramatic change in how we identify documents for withholding and it also provides the ability to easily set precedence of the slip sheets. This also introduces the concept of dynamic text on the slip sheets, including the ability to pull in dynamic content from both fields and tags, and introduces the Templates area to the Project Admin space which will only deal with slip sheets now, but will be the storage location for future template work. |
Review | New Slip sheet Template tab allows a user with the appropriate permissions to create, modify and delete slip sheet templates. While Slip sheets are the only item in this area at present, the longer-term goal is to use this area for the management of different types of templates within the Review user interface. |
Production | Updated the excluding options workflow for Production jobs to make it clearer to the end user that the settings being used on the Included images tab will also be used on the Excluded images. |
Review | Slip sheet Profile text font options now allow for greater control over the font type, size, and color used for the text on the slip sheets. |
Review | Multi-line Slip sheet text allows for the easy addition of multiple lines of text for a slip sheet. |
Review | Bulk Tag – adds the ability to copy field values from one field to another. New feature retains the ability to replace, prepend and append field content. |
Review Manager | The Review Manager should not move loaded images. The storage service should. This is largely a behind the scenes change that takes the responsibility of moving loaded images from the Review Manager and puts them in the mover service. This works for both single page tiffs/jpgs as well as loading PDFs. In the case of PDFs, the source PDFs are first moved, then imaged by the imaging service and the output images files are then moved into their final location by the mover service. |

Review | User without Manage Work Folder Security Permission cannot create a new work folder or search folder within Sample Job. This and next item are related: In previous versions of Review there were 3 permissions tied to the administration of Work Folders. In 10.3 this is pared down to two options: Manage Shared Work Folders and Manage My Work Folders. |
Review | User with Create Work Folders is unable to create folders. This and previous item are related: 10.3 also fixes bugs that could result in a user not being able to create a folder or would prevent them from adding users to folders that they were creating. |
Review | Can only add 10 documents to a folder in Team Documents - Bug fix to make sure that there is no artificial restriction on the number of documents that can be present in a Team Document folder. |
Review | Jobs screen changes - A number of fixes around the deletion of jobs on various screens, fixing the order of the jobs links on the jobs screen, and addition of the username to each of the screens. |
Review | Wordlist highlighting colors - This is a bug fix to ensure that the highlight colors defined in the Wordlist area of the tool are represented properly within the document window. This also fixes an issue where the wordlist names aren't being displayed properly within the legend. |
Review | Jobs - Deletion job fails when deleting documents. Bug fix that addresses the problem of documents not actually being removed from the database. |
Review Manager | The document folder counts in Review Manager do not seem to be displaying as expected -- most are zero. Bug fix that resolves an issue with the counts of the document foldered/not foldered during the building of document folders. |
Review | Count Filter options wordwrap - A minor enhancement to the filtering modal when the Has Any operator is selected, a count filter will be displayed. This was put in place to put all of the operator text on the same line, improving the look and feel of the tool. You may want to update any screenshots where the Has Any operator is shown to show the new count filtering controls. |
Review | Assign Batches screen does not look correct in dark mode - Bug fix to address an inconsistent display in the manage batches screen in dark mode. |
Review | Manage Batches outstanding items - A number of modifications on the manage batches screen, including the addition of a 'Completed Batches' state in the dropdown. 10.3 modifies the behavior of the buttons so that only the appropriate buttons are enabled for a specific action. Lastly, there is a feature that remembers the state of the dropdown so that a user will only see the types of batches that they had selected previously. This is helpful for Admins who may only be interested in seeing completed or open batches each time they go into the screen. |
Review | Redactions not enabled on second page of images - Bug fix that resolves an issue whereby the redaction button is not enabled on the second page of an image within the image view. |
Review | Load file data not being truncated - Bug fix addressed an issue where the tool was informing the user that a field was going to be truncated, but the tool would continue to load the data, only to have it fail due to the truncation of data. |
Review | Dark mode issues - Bug fixes for several dropdowns or text entry boxes where they didn't look right. This were noticed in filter modals and in the Company Admin section. |
Review | Search result not correct for "Is not empty" - Bug fix to resolve an issue where the Is Not Empty search wasn't correctly returning the right set of documents. We have made an adjustment to the operator used and also how we are handling "s {quotation marks}. |
Review | Error on image view rotate in review page - Fixed bug that prevented an error message from occurring when an image is rotated. |
Review | Fields in tags tree not being saved - When a field is added to a tag tree, the edited value wasn't being saved. This bug fix resolves that issue. |
Production | ProdStaging - Project Admin: Slip sheet not excluding correct documents for saved searches - Bug fix to resolve the issue of documents not being properly excluded from production. |
Production | Display issues present in Production Jobs area after starting the production job - Bug fix that resolves the dropdown arrow rotating alongside the gear icon. |
Review | Slip sheet Profile Changes - A number of bug fixes to the new slip sheet area. Mainly small items like label changes and changing which values are initially shown. |
Review | Image print from review page doesn't work when storage type is set to S3 - Bug fix to address issue where a previously rendered image in S3 could not be printed. |

Review | NexLP tag sync getting exception "Specified cast is not valid" - A number of smaller bug fixes around tag syncing. Tag syncing was not impacted, but this was something being logged; also fixed a race condition when syncing data. |
Review | Bulk Copy failed when copying values from existing AI Score field into new custom field - Bug fix for the copying of fields from one field to another. There were also improvements made to the logging of errors as a part of this bug fix. |
Review | Hit report timeouts when re-running a hit report and saving results to work folders - Performance enhancements to the running of Hit Reports and foldering documents. This also fixed an issue where orphan records were being created if the root folder didn't already exist. This also fixed an issue where a user is choosing to populate a root folder and populate another folder with sub-folders. This may require a screenshot update on the Hit Report screen. |
