Admin Views - Secure
If Document-Level Security is enabled this Admin View will show all Unsecured and Secured documents in the Project. Secured items are broken out By Team and By User.
Project Managers may find this view useful for assigning Document-Level Security permissions for an entire batch of documents. Documents in the Unsecured subfolder, or found in particular Document Folders, Imports or Custodians, may be opened in the Documents List and secured using the Secure button in the Review toolbar. Access may then be restricted in the Secure Documents window.
