Choosing a Field Profile
Field Profile access is assigned to teams. This means that users may be assigned multiple field profiles by the project manager. Users can then choose which field profile they wish to use in two ways:
Users can change their Field Profile view by selecting a new value in the Field Profile dropdown on the top of the Document List.
Users can change their Field Profile view by selecting a new value in the Field Pane's Profile dropdown in the Document Review window.
