Bulk Document Actions
From the main Document List screen, you can choose to Print, Export, Bulk Tag, Sample documents, Bulk Translate or Bulk OCR.
Printing - A Print job automatically converts one or more documents into PDF files, which may then be downloaded to be printed.
Exporting -An Export job allows you to automatically download and zip all the requested metadata along with the native files for the selected documents.
Tag - A bulk Tag job allows you to apply or remove work product to multiple documents at once. Users modify folders, tags, fields, and notes.
Deletion - A bulk Deletion job allows you to delete multiple documents from Reveal at once.
Translation - Translate allows you to translate your document text from one language to another.
Transcription - A Transcribe jobs allows you to take a supported audio/video file format and create searchable text for the document. This text can be displayed alongside the original media file and is text searchable.
Image Labeling - An Image Labeling job allows the user to take image files and associate text labels of what appears within the photo. These labels, with confidence score, become searchable.
Sample – A Sample job creates a random sample of the documents within the selected list and places the results in a work folder or saved search.
Bulk OCR - The Bulk OCR function allows the user to generate text from document images.
Completed jobs are found in the Job Status area accessed from the Flyout Menu.
